Looking for a puppy or dog? Why not save a life by adopting a rescue?
This site began as the idea of a few dedicated dog friends, discussing the
need for a central resource on dog rescue information. Many people, looking for a
new puppy or dog, don't realise that they have more options than just a pet shop,
breeder or the local pound. There are organisations dedicated to rehoming specific
breeds, and those who rehome any wonderful pre-loved dog. But how do you find these organisations?
It is our view that a dog is for life. But we also understand that sometimes there's no helping it, a dog
must be rehomed for a good reason. So we've also provided information to help those who can no longer keep
their furry pal. It's a better option than just taking him or her to the pound and blindly hoping for the best.
